What does this sound like to you? To me it sounds like Excuses! I hear them all the time. I don’t have enough time to workout and eat healthy. It is more expensive to eat healthy. It does take time out of your day to workout and plan your meals. These are all excuses, because if you really want to get in shape and start to eat healthy you can find a way. You might have to make some sacrifices, but in the end, I promise it will all be worth it!


Not Enough Time

Lets start with this excuse. Working out and getting in shape does eat up some of your day, but the positives greatly out way the negatives. Most workout routines are an hour or less. If you have to get up an hour a day before work then do it. You and your body will feel so much better after a good workout. Getting up and working out not only helps your body it helps your mind as well. After just a few workouts you will start to feel the effects. If you have to work out at 3 in the morning then that is what you have to do. Working out and eating right is just like quitting smoking, or drinking alcohol. You have to be ready to do it. Once you are ready it isn’t that hard with the proper guidance. Making a lifestyle change like this takes sacrifice. You might have to give up some TV time, or not sit on Facebook for that extra hour. Everyone spends their time differently, and everyone can make some sacrifices to find an hour a day to get in shape. I know of a some doctors and lawyers with children and a family that find the time. We all have 24 hours in each day, use your time wisely!
