A: Being prepared isn’t half the battle, it is the battle. Prepare your food for the day so when you are hungry you have it ready to go. Push yourself every day in every workout to be better than you were the day before. Drink water. Hold yourself accountable and be stronger than your excuses.

Q: How do you fit in being a busy, working mom and stay bikini ready all year round?

A: I’m a planner, I scheduled my workouts just like I schedule a meeting or a photo shoot. I prep my food for the week on Sundays. My son is very active and I enjoy playing with him when I have free time. Being fit and healthy is important to me so it is a priority.

A: I like to keep it simple in the kitchen. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. 2 Eggs sunny side up with 2 slices of Ezekiel toast is my favorite. My go to snack is an apple and raw almonds.

Being able to just fill the containers with the number of times my daily calorie requirement needs make it simple to follow and to take along to work or on-the-road. I received the Basic Kit, minus the bands and a few extras, but I did also receive a nice ShakeologyBrazil Butt Move: The Samba Tomato. Read more ... » bottle. Shakeology is Beachbody’s ultra-premium nutritional shake that is usually recommended when you purchase any of their workouts. I have yet to give it a try, but am considering it, you don’t need it to get the results.
